The purpose of this training is:
To understand the base of the interview of minors and to identify the main scientific techniques, in approximation with the standards of the interview according to the KDF and KDPM.
The training was realized by combining presentations (up to 20 - 30 min) with the discussion of issues brought for discussion (self-study questions, questions, answers) and case law exercises & quizzes to encourage and realize the active interaction of participants.
In this training activity were elaborated different topics, such as:
- Child-friendly justice. Child rights. National and international legal framework regarding child justice.
- Scientific interviewing of the child. Preparation for criminalist interviews of children. The difference between preliminary (other) interviews and criminalist interviews of children. Child interview.
- Methodology of the interview of children, seen in the practical implementation of legal anticipations and encountered problems.
In this training activity participated judges, prosecutors and officers of the judicial police of the Republic of Albania.
